Legal terms and conditions for Gas-Lighting LLC services

Important Notice

Sales are currently disabled across all platforms pending regulatory compliance review.

All marketplace transactions, artwork sales, and consignment features are temporarily suspended while we ensure full compliance with applicable regulations. We expect to resume operations following completion of our legal review process.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Gas-Lighting LLC's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Suspension

All commercial transactions, including but not limited to:

Artwork purchases and sales
Consignment agreements
Digital certificate issuance
Marketplace transactions

are currently suspended pending regulatory compliance review.

3. Digital Ownership Contract

Our UUPS upgradeable smart contract for fractional artwork ownership operates under the following principles:

Transparent contribution tracking
Immutable ownership records
Transferable ownership shares
Upgradeable contract architecture

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Gas-Lighting LLC and its licensors.
